Ramona will support the refinement of expression and liberation through physical form/technique. Allison will draw out our body stories longing to be expressed; to honor what is ready to be released and choose a next layer of embodiment. We will craft our stories as a daily work in progress to release old stories and reclaim our truth, expansions and new identities. Each day will be a new adventure including forest dances, exploring the local cuisine, architecture, artistry and beach excursions.
